which gilligan's islander do you fancy?

Hey I know Im sick but not twisted. I am talking about them in their 1964 glory ...not now ...I mean Mary Ann is now 65!!! but her 1964 self was pretty hot

SO Count my vote for

MARY-ANN

Just FYI, I've never seen Gilligan's Island--never. But I'd probably pick Bob Denver. I guess he played Gilligan. (Sorry if I'm wrong; I didn't bother to look it up.)

There are many, many classic TV series that I've never seen. On the other hand, I've seen a lot of the earlier ones.

The lyrics to "Stairway to Heaven" match perfectly with the "Gilligan's Island" theme.

The words to the Gilligan's Island theme fit perfectly to the tune of "Amazing Grace" and vice versa. Fun to mess with the old ladies in church...

I've always felt a certain affinity with Gilligan himself. Just by wearing that goofy canvas hat, he showed himself as a man of courage and conviction, damn those effete East Coast arbitors of sartorical style. I'm also partial to the Professor.

I'd have to pick Mary Anne.

Incidentally, here are the lyrics:

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,
A tale of a fateful trip,
That started from this tropic port,
Aboard this tiny ship.

The mate was a mighty sailing man,
The skipper brave and sure.
Five passengers set sail that day,
For a three hour tour, a three hour tour.

The weather started getting rough,
The tiny ship was tossed,
If not for the courage of the fearless crew,
The Minnow would be lost, the Minnow would be lost.

The ship set ground on the shore of this uncharted desert isle,
With Gilligan,
The Skipper too,
The millionaire and his wife,
The movie star,
The professor and
Mary Anne,
Here on Gilligan's Isle.

(closing)

So this is the tale of the castaways,
They're here for a long, long time,
They'll have to make the best of things,
It's an uphill climb.

The first mate and the Skipper too,
Will do their very best,
To make the others comfortable,
In the tropic island nest.

No phone, no lights, no motor cars,
Not a single luxury,
Like Robinson Crusoe,
As primitive as can be.

So join us here each week, my friends,
You're sure to get a smile,
From seven stranded castaways,
Here on Gilligan's Isle.

So the Professor'd be in play for you, too?

BTW, if it comes to Mary Ann/Ginger, why does it have to be an either/or choice? Can't I be in a sandwich?

It's actually pretty amazing how Ginger was supposed to be the sexy one, yet when this kind of topic comes up, Mary Ann always seems to be the favorite.

Dawn Wells was just too damn sexy for Ms. Louise to compete with. And Ms. Wells is still quite stunning to this day.

If the question means fancy in the sense of wanting to have dinner with, I guess the Howells. If it's about sex, everyone knows Mary Ann is hotter than Ginger, but I might have to gag her or something--her voice is sooo irritating.
