MORE JAZZ MUSIC NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT IN THE INNER CITIES WHERE THE

It is a shame that music education is being destroyed in the Inner City communities especilly among American children whose ancestors created jazz music.

Why should any child in the Inner City be left to no musical outlet or opportunity to learn because the powers that be funnels all the funds to the wealthier communities AND TEACH CULTURE CREATED BY INNER CITY/SOUTHERN ORIGINATED FOLK TO OTHERS AND NOT THE PEOPLE WHO INVENTED AND CREATED IT.

One's culture is crucial to their being. The taking of Jazz from the inventors is really a form of cultural genocide that must be stopped.
