Jazz and the French New Wave

I'm preparing a radio show on jazz and the French new wave in cinema. Does anybody have a good tip on articles and/or books containing information, analyses, etc.? JAMMIN' AT THE MARGINS, an excellent book on jazz and American cinema, by its parameters leaves this subject out.

David,
So far, this is what I'm working with:
Miles Davis' music for ELEVATOR TO THE GALLOWS
Martial Solal's music for BREATHLESS
Art Blakey's (and, evidently, Duke Jordan's) music for DANGEROUS LIAISONS, as well as Blakey's music for THE GIRLS VANISH.
Music by a JATP group that was used in LES TRICHEURS.
Jimmy Smith's score for LA METAMORPHOSE DES CLOPORTES.
There's also some Barney Wilen music as well...

There's an article about this in the December/January edition of "Jazz Special" - in Danish :-) He has listened through 30 cds with French film music that Universal/Emarcy just has published and concentrated on jazz music.
I'll look through it later. Maybe.
