a Dedicated Leader in the Perpetuation of Jazz - An American Treasure
presents THE 13th ANNUAL EAST COAST JAZZ FESTIVAL.

A 5-DAY MARATHON OF STRAIGHT AHEAD JAZZ MUSIC
BOTH FREE AND TICKETED EVENTS

Spend Presidents' Weekend listening to jazz greats and emerging jazz musicians (the hope of the future). The 2004 Scholarship Competition and Awards will be one of the highlights., as well as Big Band Night, Hammond B-3 Jam, and 5 Ticketed Shows (each show includes 4 different artists performing hour long sets). Free and Open to Everyone of all ages: over 80 jazz workshops , seminars, 4 Co-Stages featuring established and emerging musicians, school bands, and nightly jam sessions (bring your ax), and Sunday Gospel Matins. and the Tribute to Master Drummer/Percussionist Ricky Loza.
