where can u find unedited boxing films

we are searching for some fight films and we are hoping to get them unedited.

does anyone know where there is an insightful website that gives that information
clearly???

also we did find a couple of vhs tapes located in the United Kingdom, but the description
reads ''VHS PAL" is that a compatible vhs?? or is 'pal'? a different type of vhs than what we have in america????????

You cannot play a PAL tape on a machine sold in North America.

Just so you know, frankie, if you're searching the world, these are the VHS formats, with their general areas:

NTSC is used in Canada, United States, Japan and parts of South America.

PAL is used in Europe (but not France), Scandinavia, Australia and India.

SECAM is used in Eastern Europe and France.

There are some NTSC format videos available from www.boxinggifts.com. Click on the video link to view the titles. They don't sort out the unedited stuff, though. Some of it (a lot, actually) looks like just highlights.

Dig out your VCR or TiVO and tune in to ESPN Classic. ESPN Classic runs unedited vintage boxing matches.

Pick up a Ring and dig the Emails of the editors. I know blokes who have unimaginable archives of great bouts, so it is out there.

thanx for your concern and i realize that they are out there but finding them is tuff. i will try ring mag...but taping is waiting tedious and just damn well out of the question. and i cant imagine subscribing to a service that provides espn classics. and taping is so 80s!

hopefully, somebody here will give me a quick lead...
