Out of the ones listed (and not having seen Larry's t-shirt), I'd say Minnesota. I'm not sure these are the worst jersies out there, though.

Here is the ugliest jersey of all-time, for the St. Louis Blues, which thankfully never made it into an NHL game. Mike Keenan, who should be put in the Hall of Fame for this alone, vetoed the team wearing it.
