Held at Fort Worden State Park ( where "An Officer and a gentleman " was filmed ) in conjunction with the Bud Shank Jazz Clinics held there in the preceding week:

I'll be coaching one of the big bands again at the clinic, so if you go, be sure and drop by and say "hi"
