This is an annual benefit for The Jazz Ministry at Saint Peter's hosted by
Jazz Pastor Dale R. Lind. This year's emcee is Howard Johnson.

It features a star-studded array of jazz luminaries from the elder statesmen to the young burners, all paying tribute to the President of the tenor saxophone, Lester Young.

I hope that someone get's ahold of my man Junior Mance if he's avaialble and puts him on the roster. He's in Manhattan, and more importantly was on the bandstand with Lester Young; still VERY vital, and has worked with more than a few of the others on that list.
