Incus address

On February 19, I ordered the new Incus CD-R (DB's duets with percussionist Robin Shulkovsky - or Schulkowsky, what I think is the correct spelling) by sending a letter to the new Barcelonan address of Incus Records. Everything worked fine that way with my last order (the Bailey solo "At The Sidecar"), but this time it did not: My letter was returned to me with a Spanish postmark ("Devuelto" - what does this mean?) and some unreadable scribbling on it. I emailed Karen about the issue (and probably she will reply), but I'd like to know if others have experienced some similar problem.
