Field Recording Microphones

I'm looking to buy a stereo mic to record gigs with, since I'll be the happy recipient of a very low-priced reconditioned Sony portable DAT machine very soon. I have the standard grey minidisc stereo mic, which works fine, but I'm looking at moving a step up - current favorite is the Rode NT4 - it's adouble-headed condensor mic, allowing you to get a standard 45' setup with a single mic.

I can't see any others with this design, and have only just started researching, but it seems like a beauty. I'd be interested to hear what other people use/recommend.
