Just wanted to say that I've come to really love the "Quick Links" menu on the top right that lets you instantly go to the user control panel, directly to private messages or profile, and, best of all, gives you your "new posts" and lets you mark mark all messages as read. All this in one very handy little menu.

Now just before exiting the site I click "Mark Forums Read," and when I come back later I click "New Posts." Makes it real easy to monitor what threads are active. If I see I have a private message I can go straight there with a Quick Link. You could do all that with the previous interface, of course, but somehow the Quick Links make it seem a lot easier.
