Keyboard Players: Practice Questions

What exercise routine do you recommend/use? Specifically, do you think that serious, daily practice of Hanon and Czerny improves technical skill for jazz?

oscar peterson said he was practicing Czerny, but he also practices tatum.
one nice technique for jazz can be, playing both hands charlie parker solos from his omny book.
if you want to gain techniqu but also nice lines in your hands, play a good fast solo with the record, play it by heart it's even better.
