Top ___ Most INTERESTING jazz artists

People you'd like to talk to, get to know . . .

Sonny Rollins, for being around so long and being so great, and going through different stages.

Wynton - for all his publicity and knowledge.

Norah Jones - cause she's HOT

Nice mellow thread here,

Hello gentlemen and ladies,

My favorite artists around are Anthony Braxton, Henry Threadgill, Derek Bailey, Evan Parker, Ray Anderson. What are your favorite albums by these artists?

St. Gerold, off topic, but interesting pair of places you live. I visited Freiburg a couple of years ago when I was staying in Strasbourg, and I'm often in the Bay Area. Freiburg is a very pretty city.

In order, maybe the London duo/trio albums with Parker, Too Much Sugar For a Dime, Yankees, Dark Ragas or Drawn Inward, and Old Wine In New Bottles.

What are yours?
