Who wants to hear my new stuff?

OK, I've been shy about this long enough, so here goes:

For twenty years or so I've been writing and recording my own music with relatively cheapo equipment here at home (or the various homes I've occupied during that time).
Not many people hear it. I've given out tapes and CDs here and there and occasionally I get some good feedback. Often people are indifferent. Either way it doesn't matter because I do it for fun and personal enrichment, a hobby that I use as an excuse to avoid reality TV.
My stuff is hard to categorize. Jazz influenced but not necessarily jazz. Quirky instrumental music that varies in style from song to song (maybe too much variation, call me "unfocused",whatever)

Anyway, I learned long ago that those of us who create have egos, no matter how humble we think we are. What I'm saying is that I'd like to be heard.

I've been an infrequent poster here for a while and you all seem like a fair bunch of open ears, so I figured I would give you a chance to listen and possibly critique my latest batch of tunes.

It should be said that most of the music is MIDI created, which means much of what you are hearing as far as drum and keyboard parts are not actual performances. There is some cheating involved. If that turns you off, so be it. I'm not a big fan of electronic music either, it just happens to be a readily available medium through which I'm able to download ideas from my brain. The guitars are real though.

I just finished putting together a CD which I'm feeling good about. It features all new compositions by Brian Nolan (me).
I've got a bunch of copies that I've burned myself with my own spiffy sleeve design.

I hope you caught the caveat about the computer-generated nature of this stuff. I know how you feel about drum machines, though I try to avoid that typically cheesy vibe that they tend to create.

Hey, they are just another tool to help people express themselves. What are you supposed to do, hire a drummer every time you want get an idea down quickly? Nothing to worry about.
