This woman's pic is on the yahoo mail page lately. She looks really familiar to me from TV or a movie or something, but I can't place her. Can somebody help? Thanx.

Thanks for the attempts, folks. (She really does look a bit like the younger Holly Hunter, RBS--I hadn't noticed that. I don't know the two shows others have mentioned.)
You know, the older I get, the more everybody seems to me to closely resemble somebody I think I know or have seen in some movie. (Partially world-weariness, partially losing the ability to discriminate, prolly.)
Anyhow, if it comes to me in a flash, I'll let you know.

Yeah, Pete is really good at this, and I think maybe there'll be money in it someday. There should be, anyhow. I mean the internet is great for finding movies if you know the actor's name, song titles, lyrics, all that kind of stuff. But placing a face is still soooo hard--at least for me.
