More blues than jazz, and the jazz that is here is entirely Canadian with the exception of the Orchestra Nationale du Jazz.
I had looked into referring one of our illustrious jazzcorner musicians to this festival but was told that they don't get funding for non-Canadian acts so they don't book non-Canadian acts. I hope that is an unintended consequence of government funding of the arts, maybe it will get resolved at some point in the future.
