CD Burning Software

Is anybody familiar with software from a German site: www.exactaudiocopy.de ? An audiophile nut at work swears by it but I wanted to hear if anybody here has any experience with it?

I've used EAC for years. I generally extract to the harddrive with EAC and then write to disc with Nero. I used to use EAC for both steps but once I migrated to Windows XP I started getting errors when using it for the second step.

My company purchased laptop came with a Nero installation disc but I'm sure you can search for it on the web. You might try EAC first, reading the most recent FAQ as well. If you get any errors or missing DLL's when writing from your hard drive to the CD, then try Nero or some other software for that part. EAC is great at the first stage (copying to your hard drive). Nero is one of many programs that will write the discs impeccably.

The best audio CD burning software I know is Feurio.

It has every imaginable feature needed for audio CDs, is extremely reliable, and is unlimited shareware. It is ideal for 1:1-copies of CDs or compilations.

I've been using EAC lately and have been able to successfully burn a few discs that gave me skips with other ripping software.
