No, definitely not a joke (despite the spelling and grammatical errors in their manifesto):
Nazi leader boasts: 'no one can stop us'
n Nazi piece of work: Kevin Quinn says Hitler has his backing
TAXPAYERS will be helping a Bedford based Nazi party go national.
The November 9th Society - run by father of three Kevin Quinn from Ouseland Road, Queens Park in Bedford - will contest a string of council polls next year and has parliamentary candidates ready for the next General Election.
They are set to target schoolchildren with sick comics to spread the message of ethnic cleaning. In this twisted bid to attract youngsters to the party they have made membership of the party free for kids.
Despite their hate-filled views there is nothing to stop this party from contesting local, national and European elections. Taypayers will even foot the bill for a campaign promoting the worship of Hitler as a new figurehead.
The party, led by 39-year-old Kevin Quinn, is named after Hitler's devastating 'Kristallnacht' purge of the Jews on November 9, 1938.
Quinn bragged: "It costs is just 」150 to register the party and Royal Mail has to deliver our leaflets for free. Our message can get out to everyone. Not even politicians or the police can stop us."
The Electoral Commission admitted it is powerless to block the party. A spokesman said: "We cannot prevent a party from registering based on its opinions.
"Applications are judged on criteria which ensures our financial rules are met and that the names of the parties are not too similar."
The growth of the November 9th Society comes amid a resurgence of the extreme right in Britain. The British National Party has increased its tally of council seats from three to 17 in the last three years.
Gerry Gable, publisher of the anti-fascist magazine Searchlight, said: "The BNP is a growing threat but November 9th is much more openly extreme. It is a robust and sinister organisation that is cynically trying to seduce children into its politics."
The November 9th supporters hate gays, racial tolerance and plan a whites only state. They would bring back the death penalty and deport all non-whites.
Yet taxpayers will have to help fund their campaign as long as they steer clear of racism laws with carefully worded literature.
Quinn has been a member of the society for 22 years, working his way up to be national director. The society has branches across the world, even a group of supporters in Lebanon. He says the society has 3,000-plus members, an income of 」73,000 a year and will field candidates in racially tense areas like Oldham, Lancashire, Bradford and West Yorkshire.
He said: "We will never flirt with public opinion by changing to suit half-frightened people in order to gain public support. We are the National Socialists. We will never abandon the Fuhrer."
