Harvey Mason With All My Heart

IMHO Harvey Mason's With All My Heart is a great CD. The different trios are all excellent, and the insert notes are good too. If you have never heard it, I suggest you give it a listen. Peace.

Can you give a little more detail? I always liked Harvey's groove in pop and fusion settings. Is this his first date as a leader?

I haven't heard it, but No, it's not his first as a leader (although it's been a long while).
It features a bunch of different pianists and bassists. Corea, Hancock, Haden, McBride, Hank Jones, Mulgrew, Fred Hersch.....
