We're Expecting!!!!!!!!!!
Our first foal, that is. Our number one mare, Suzy, is definitely with foal, after our third attempt this year (and the last possible of the season). I just saw the foal's heart beating on the vet's ultrasound. Oh, my god! We're really a farm, now! And to boot it's the first good news we've had all year, and last year didn't have much, either.
Yay, Suzy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing Sisco's name next to this thread title (before actually thinking about what it probably meant or reading any posts) has to be the biggest shock JC has given me ever. Congrats, Gary!
Mingus: if that's true, ask RD if it's true that the worst part is having to climb down from the stump and walk around front just to give her a kiss.

That has to be one of the funniest retorts to a post I've ever seen on this board. Where is RD, by the way?
You and Bronwyn should have some really special moments ahead of you now that you're "certified" farmers. Cool.

Congrats and if you need help for the name, you can have another look over the list in the "porn star or horse's name" thread

Nah, I leave those shenanigans to the truly inventive in animal husbandry. My paternity guess is our local rep, Little Ricky. He's been trying to get back in Gary's good graces for awhile.
Tan, according to Zell Miller the answer is yes.
