13-year-old musical wunderkind with six years of music theory on clarinet and saxophone needs someone to mentor him on his way towards mastery on the guitar. He knows his scales; he's supple on the fret board, and plays very expressively. Not one of your Ozzy wannabees. This kid is the real thing. Jazz, Blues, Rock you name it. All he needs is someone to share some riffs, someone experienced on the instrument who can feed his accelerating skills on both electric and acoustic guitar.

Tutor with a working knowledge of basic music theory or some background in classical or jazz instrumentation for a 10th grade orchestra student. Additional tutoring hours are available for academic review, so the number of tutoring hours per week is negotiable and allows for some flexibility in schedule.

While a basic knowledge of music fundamentals with respect to notation and timing is necessary, current proficiency on an instrument is not required.
