Ask Matthias Lupri

Matthias' thread and the vibe discussion was unfortunately wiped out so we can start it again here

Again my apologies

I know there was a nice little discussion going regarding the vibes before the mass erase. How bout starting that again?

Never got the chance to thank Matthias for his very helpful recommendations on a beginner's instrument. Matthias also gave a link to a beautiful Jenco set on auction.

Thanks!

John.

I don't play the vibes and don't know much about it, Matthias, I told you before I really enjoyed your CD. I wish you'd play a show here in central NC - the Carolina Theatre here in Durham is a pretty nice venue. We also have several universities which host concerts - UNC, Duke, and NCCU on this side of the Triangle. Stewart Theater at NC State is a nice hall.

Hi

I'll check out those NC venues and try to get something happening, thanks for the info and glad you enjoyed the CD, Tanager.

Just got back from the Atlanta jazz Fest where we shared the stage with , Richard Bona, Soulive and Eddie Palmari on our night. It was a blast and the weather was perfect. 80 degress and no RAIN! Everyone was barbequeing and enjoying the beginning of summer. Still raining here in Boston!

Let me know if anyone needs more info on buying vibes etc. I come across stuff all the time.

Best,
Matthias
