Thanks, GG!

Damn, just missed some of a Joe Henderson Orgy!

I hope this is due to Walto having been on vacation and not the new Walto being a slacker!

FWIW, I'm planning to catch as much of the Korngold orgy as possible. I was sorry to have missed almost all the opening Michael Tippett homage. Just happened to catch a bit of "King Priam."

Incidentally, yesterday morning I heard a bunch of Erskine Hawkins stuff on WHRB that I really enjoyed. Should I buy a best-of disc or what?

Hey now, I would expect a lil respect for the Elders, Bartok Rachmaninoff, Henderson Ray Charles etc.

There is also O.D.B. Chausson, Reggae etc, look it up yourself lazy!

Thanks for completing the lineup. It gets overwhelming and I focused on the stuff I'm most familiar with. If you say Korngold is the shit, I'll definitely tune in to that, as well.

Digging lots of Bartok right now. I now regret having unloaded a copy of Bluebeard's Castle several years ago.

Up, to remind folks that almost 30 hours of Brother Ray begins at 9am EST on Wed, 1/12, followed by more than 50 hours of Brother Rach.
