drummer Rashied Sinan

Hello all...
I was wondering if anyone had anything to add to Mr. Sinan's body of work that I am aware of...not much to be found via All Music and Google searching...

Arthur Doyle "Alabama Feeling"
Frank Lowe "Black Beings"
V/A "Wildflowers" LP
Umezu “Seikatsu Kojyo Inkai"
Ahmed Abdullah "Live at Ali's Alley"
Ahmed Abdullah "Life's Force"

I have to say that if this is all there is, then the man is criminally under-recorded. Thanks in advance for the help!

You are right. Under-recorded is just the first name. People who saw him live have a lot of nice words about him.

Anyway, he was recorded in 1972 with Arthur Doyle and the trumpet player Charles Stephens in NYC.

Also he played a lot in Jemeel Moondocs group with Art Williams, tp, Mark Hennen, p, William Parker ,b in 1972. They played and was recorded at Ali's Alée and also in a WKCR-FM broadcast.
Jemeel can tell about him.
