Better sources might include:
School for Strings (it has a piano program) and my son Jonathan gets away with studying there and playing jazz at the same time
http://www.schoolforstrings.org/. One of the best and
very Suzuki.
Brooklyn College has a nice Suzuki program that is a little looser but I can't find a website.
Finally for one off teachers that have taken actual training in Suzuki, try the teacher search at
http://www.suzukiassociation.org/ .
Suzuki is about the whole child, not just teaching music so folks should observe and participate as much as possible. My wife is a Suzuki guitar teacher and she can rant for hours about bad "Suzuki" teachers that have no clue about what Dr. Suzuki intended.
