Suggest legal ways to approximate an LSD experience

I'm not saying that this will produce a good simulation of the definitive LSD experience, or that it is the best legal way to approximate an LSD experience. But I am saying that this works.

For a good 15-30 seconds, this recipe will produce an experience that seems like it must be an LSD experience.

1) Watch an NBA game
2) Drink 6 glasses of red wine
3) When the Catherine Zeta Jones commercial for the NBA comes on where she cutely talks about the difference between the British prounciation of deFENSE and the cheer of DEEEEEE fence you place your thumbs into your ears with enough pressure to probably block out the sound
4)Just to be sure, at the very moment your thumbs hit your ear start singing "YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH" in the same rhythm as U2 sings it on another NBA commercial (and alot of others), but with a really strained falsetto.

Trust me. Not generally, but on this.

Er..Magic mushrooms aren't illegal in South Australia. So, just go there and drop a few, easy.

Just go into one of the portaloos at the Glastonbury Festival on a hot day. I'm not quite sure just exactly how closely the experience approximates that gleaned from LSD but you'll definitely start hallucinating.

A talk with my late friend Harold would create out of body experiences for all his friends.

If you want to approximate an LDS experience, you could foreswear caffeine and ride around on a bike wearing a neat white shirt and tie.

Wow man.

Wow man.
You could probably also do it by self-flagellation, but that sounds almost as unappealing.

Actually, they're all very nice, we always have many missionaries to our benighted town.

They are very nice. I always invite them in for a glass of water and have a nice conversation. It's interesting to think of these young kids, normally from Utah, California, and Colorado, out in the world for the first time on what must be a daunting experience. I try to make them feel there are people out here who respect their mission. Then I explain that I'm not a convert.

Come to Alaska, wait for the Northern Lights to come out, take off your clothes , freeze yer ass off and enjoy.

That'll get your senses reeling.
