Does anyone know where I can get a leadsheet on "When October Goes" ( Manilow/Mercer) ?
I can only find it in collections and I don't wanna lay out $18 for a wholwe folio of useless Manilow materiAal when I only need the one tune? Email me with anu info ASAP as I have a deadline situation here ..
a FINALE file would be super if anyone could send it that way, otherwise any info is helpful ..
thanx in advance: GPencil

I'll call a friend tomorrow who happens to own a music store (specializing in sheet music) here in Anchorage. It's out there, because I found it on a Johnny Mercer site tonight. It's from Manilow's 1996 "2:00 AM Paradise Cafe" album.
Are you hip to who Barry was playing with on this recording?
Musicians: George Duvivier -Bass, Mundell Lowe -Guitar, Barry Manilow - Piano, Shelly Manne -Drums, Bill Mays - Piano and Rhodes, Gerry Mulligan - Baritone Sax.
From one drummer to another ... keep your fingers crossed, bro.
By the way, what's it worth to ya? ;-)

what it's worth is anything reasonably below the $18 plus shipping for the collection ! ( Google search only turned up the song in folios )
and ,I need it ASAP ..
I'm checking a place similar to what Ron suggested in Seattle today ..

Glad that you found some identity.
I'm still scratching my head, trying to figure out how anything which occurred on 09-27-2002 / 11:42 PM (#5) could possibly *follow* something which occurred at 09-27-2002 / 12:49 PM (#4). Doesn't that seem backwards?
Moreover, there's 1:07 hr/mn unaccounted for, isn't there?
